  1. We collect the minimum
    • Name, address, SIN (only for tax reporting), phone, email
    • Transaction data (so you can see where your money went)
    • Device info (to stop fraud and keep the app fast)
  2. We never sell your data. Never have, never will. Not to marketers, not to anyone.
  3. We only share when we have to
    • With Equifax/TransUnion for credit checks (only if you apply for a loan)
    • With the government, if required by Canadian law (CRA, FINTRAC, court order)
    • With Wise or our payment partners, to complete your international transfer
  4. You’re in control
    • Turn marketing emails on/off any time (Profile → Notifications)
    • Delete your entire account and all data in one tap (Profile → Delete Account)
    • Request a full copy of your data anytime (we’ll send it in 48 hrs)
  5. We protect it like it’s our own money
    • 256-bit encryption
    • Data stored only in Canada (Toronto & Montréal data centres)
    • Regular audits by third-party security firms
  6. Kids & Privacy You must be 16+ to open an account. We never collect data from children.
  7. Cookies & Tracking We use only necessary cookies (login, security, fraud). No ads, no tracking across other sites.
